Our strong teamwork spirit and culture is reinforced through the annual team building activity. We are extremely proud of our team resilience and perseverance to sail through the worst Covid situation that has hit Ho Chi Minh in 2021.

Our team is constantly upgrading skills through training courses such as PACE management skills training, Food safety training, FSSC training and so on.

Our Event

For every event participated in, we always want to spread good values to the community, for example, to motivate students to overcome difficulties at Can Tho University through the scholarship fund sponsored by Thanh Phu, or introduces sustainable packaging solutions by attending Pet Food Forum 2021 and Unpacked 2021.

From a humble start with 20 staffs and small factory, we have grown into more than 600 strong members with two state-of-the-art factories based in the vicinity of Ho Chi Minh metropolitan.

Among 440 submissions from 36 WPO countries members with two rounds, Thanh Phu is a WorldStar Global Packaging Awards 2022 winner in the Pet food category, with our Made For Recycling certificated recyclable flat bottom pouch. We are grateful for the guidance, support and recognition.

We are thrilled to to receive our sustainable packaging printing award from the European Rotogravure Association for our double-in-register-varnish (matt and sandpaper) with reverse print fully recyclable flat bottom pouch. Thank you for your recognition and consideration.
